B) TO RELIEVE THE SICKNESS OF PEOPLE WHO ARE AFFECTED BY DISEASE OR PERSONAL INJURY AND WHO WOULD NOT OTHERWISE HAVE A HOLIDAY (AND WHO MAY BE ACCOMPANIED BY THEIR PARENTS, GUARDIANS OR CARERS) AND WHOSE CIRCUMSTANCES SHOW THAT THEY ARE IN NEED DUE TO THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES.
