TO PROMOTE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT PUBLIC APPRECIATION OF THE PERFORMING ARTS; TO ADVANCE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE PERFORMING ARTS; TO PROMOTE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY BY PROMOTING ACTIVITIES TO FOSTER UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN PEOPLE FROM DIVERSE BACKGROUNDS AND BY CULTIVATING A SENTIMENT IN FAVOUR OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY; SUCH OTHER PURPOSES AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE IN THIS CLAUSE REFERENCE TO "THE PUBLIC" MEANS THE RESIDENTS OF AND VISITORS TO THE LONDON BOROUGHS OF HACKNEY, WALTHAM FOREST, TOWER HAMLETS, NEWHAM AND GREENWICH (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE "OLYMPIC BOROUGHS')
