TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF THOSE ATTENDING THE AL RAHMAN MOSQUE IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY OF THOSE WHOSE FIRST LANGUAGE IS NOT ENGLISH SO AS TO ADVANCE THEM IN LIFE AND ASSIST THEM TO ADAPT WITHIN THE COMMUNITY AND IN PARTICULAR TO HELP THEM ACHIEVE EMPLOYMENT.
