TO PROVIDE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY, A RECREATION GROUND, PLAYING FIELD AND SPORTS FACILITIES AND THE ENCOURAGEMENT OF THE PLAYING OF SPORT, IN ORDER TO PROVIDE HEALTHY RECREATION PARTICULARLY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS OF WEST BERKSHIRE
