FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN WHO ARE IN SIBLING GROUPS ACROSS THE UK WHO HAVE BEEN AFFECTED BY SEPARATION WITHIN THE CARE SYSTEM, KINSHIP CARE AND ADOPTION BY: THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION, RECREATION AND JOINT ACTIVITIES FOR THESE SIBLING GROUPS TO TAKE PART IN TOGETHER, INCLUDING SUPPORTING SUCH CHILDREN THROUGH MENTORING; UNDERTAKING ACTIVITIES TO PROMOTE SIBLING CONTACT FOR LOOKED AFTER CHILDREN INCLUDING CARRYING OUT, COLLATING AND DISSEMINATING RESEARCH INTO THE EFFECTS OF THE CARE SYSTEM, KINSHIP CARE AND ADOPTION ON SIBLING GROUPS"
