Charitable objects
4. OBJECTS 4.1. The object of the Synagogue is to advance the Jewish religion for the benefit of the public by providing a place for worship and advancing of the Jewish faith and by raising awareness and understanding of Jewish religious beliefs and practices through social, cultural, humanitarian, community and educational activities in connection with the practice of the Jewish faith through the provision and maintenance of a Reform Synagogue. 4.2. The Synagogue shall carry out services of public worship by: 4.2.1. holding services and celebrations on Sabbaths and Jewish festivals and on such other occasions as Council may direct; and 4.2.2. adopting the practices of the Assembly in delivering religious services.
