THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE AND/OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF CHILDCARE AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY, IN PARTICULAR (WITHOUT LIMITATION) OUT OF SCHOOL CARE SERVICES IN THE AREA OF EASTFIELD AND WESTFIELD SCHOOLS.
