THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION BY PROVIDING GOLFING OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOUNG CHILDREN IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND IRELAND IN PARTICULAR THOSE WHO ARE DISAVDANTAGED AND WOULD NOT OTHERWISE HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY OF BEING INTRODUCED TO THE GAME OF GOLF DUE TO FINANCIAL OR GEOGRAPHICAL CIRCUMSTANCES.
