Charitable objects
(1) TO PROMOTE THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE USE FOR INHABITANTS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES IN ELY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA. 2) TO IMPROVE THE CONDITION OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS: A. TO PROVIDE SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS. B. THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN RECREATION AND LEISURE.
