ADVANCING IN LIFE AND HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS, IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING GRANTS FOR TUITION FEES TO SELECTED 18+ YEAR OLDS TO PAY FOR TUITION IN A SKILL OR FOR VOCATIONAL TRAINING THAT WILL BENEFIT THE COMMUNITY THEY ARE LIVING IN.
