Charitable objects
2.2.1 THE PROMOTION AND PRESERVATION OF GOOD MENTAL HEALTH, BY THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING AND THERAPEUTIC SERVICES TO THOSE WHO ARE UNABLE TO AFFORD SUCH SERVICES THROUGH LACK OF MEANS, OR WHO ARE OTHERWISE IN NEED, IN PARTICULAR (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) THE FOLLOWING GROUPS:- 2,2.1.1 WOMEN AND GIRLS WHO HAVE RUN AWAY FROM ABUSIVE SITUATIONS (ESPECIALLY VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE); 2.2.1.2 CHILDREN; 2.2.1.3 REFUGEES; 2.2.1.4 ELDERLY PEOPLE; 2.2.1.5 FAMILIES OF THOSE IN PRISON; 2.2.1.6 VICTIMS OF NATURAL DISASTER; 2.2.2 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN COUNSELLING AND RELATED SUBJECTS BY THE PROVISION OF WORKSHOPS AND LECTURES, AND THROUGH THE UNDERTAKING OF RESEARCH INTO COUNSELLING AND RELATED SUBJECTS, AND PUBLISHING THE USEFUL RESULTS THEREOF; 2.3 THE TRUSTEES MUST USE THE INCOME AND MAY USE THE CAPITAL OF THE CHARITY IN PROMOTING THE OBJECTS.
