TO RELIEVE AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN IN TAMWORTH AND DISTRICT WHO ARE PHYSICALLY OR MENTALLY HANDICAPPED AND IN FURTHERANCE THEREOF TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN A SUITABLY EQUIPPED AND SUPERVISED NURSERY FOR SUCH CHILDREN.
