Activities - how the charity spends its money
We provide a community facility for residents of the Walkley Area of Sheffield. By doing so we aim to promote and advance opportunities for recreation social and leisure time occupation thereby improving local residents quality of life. We provide a snooker hall and a variety of rooms for hire either regularly or on a one-off basis.

Charitable objects
(A) TO PROMOTE AND ADVANCE THE AVAILABILITY OF EDUCATION AND IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE AND FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE WALKLEY AREA AS DELINEATED ON THE PLAN ANNEXED HERETO (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE AREA OF BENEFIT) WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING WITH THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT. (B) TO ESTABLISH OR SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE AND TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE OR TO CO-OPERATE WITH ANY LOCAL STATUTORY OR OTHER AUTHORITY IN THE MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF SUCH A CENTRE FOR THE ACTIVITIES PROMOTED BY THE CHARITY AND ITS CONSTITUENT BODIES IN FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS OR ANY OF THEM.
