THE OBJECTS ARE: A. THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AMONG PEOPLE LIVING OR WORKING IN THE COUNTY OF SURREY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY: A. BY THE RECYCLING AND PROVISION OF FURNITURE, CLOTHES AND OTHER HOUSEHOLD ITEMS; OR B. THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GRANTS OR OTHER GOODS OR SERVICES. B. THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN SUCH WAYS AS MAY BE THOUGHT FIT, INCLUDING TRAINING, ASSISTANCE TO FIND EMPLOYMENT OR THE PROVISION OF WORK EXPERIENCE (EITHER PAID OR UNPAID). C. THE PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY: A. THE PROMOTION OF WASTE REDUCTION, RE-USE RECLAMATION, RECYCLING, USE OF RECYCLED PRODUCTS AND THE USE OF SURPLUS; OR B.
