CHINESE EDUCATION BY: PROVIDING-AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO SCHOOLS THAT TEACH AND PROMOTE THE LEARNING OF THE CHINESE LANGUAGE; BY PROVIDING WEB BASED LEARNING; ORGANISING SEMINARS THAT PROMOTE TEACHING AND BEST PRACTICE AND ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN THE SUBJECT OF CHINESE EDUCATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AS THE TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR DISCRETION THINK FIT."
