TO ACT AS A RESOURCE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 9 TO 24 LIVING IN THE UK BY PROVIDING ADVICE, ASSISTANCE AND ORGANISED PROGRAMMES OF PHYSICAL, EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER ACTIVITIES AS A MEANS OF IMPROVING THEIR LIVES AND HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SOFT SKILLS, TO ENABLE THEM TO REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL, TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS; ADVANCING IN EDUCATION AND IMPROVING THEIR EMPLOYABILITY THROUGH WORK EXPERIENCE.
