THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PRESERVATION OF HEALTH AMONG PEOPLE RESIDING PERMANENTLY OR TEMPORARILY IN THE DARJEELING DISTRICT OF INDIA. C. THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC RESIDING IN THE DARJEELING DISTRICT OF INDIA, IN SUCH WAYS AS MAY BE THOUGHT FIT, INCLUDING ASSISTANCE TO FIND EMPLOYMENT. D. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS AT SCHOOLS IN THE DARJEELING DISTRICT OF INDIA BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION AT SCHOOL. E.
