Activities - how the charity spends its money
Volleyball is a totally inclusive sport enjoyed by all ages, both sexes and all cultures. It provides opportunities for both able bodied and disabled throughout the disciplines of beach/indoor and outdoor and also includes the Paralympic sport of sitting volleyball. The Volleyball England Foundation was established in November 2010.

Charitable objects
2. THE OBJECTS OF THE FOUNDATION ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT: 2.1 TO PROMOTE OR ASSIST IN PROMOTING COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION BY PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR VOLLEYBALL AND OTHER SPORTS (FACILITIES MEANS ORGANISING SPORTING ACTIVITIES, EQUIPMENT, BUILDINGS AND LAND); 2.2 TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THOSE FOR WHOM THE FACILITIES ARE PROVIDED; 2.3 TO ADVANCE AND ASSIST IN ADVANCING EDUCATION; 2.4 TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT HEALTH. 2.5 THE RELIEF OF POVERTY; 2.6 TO PROMOTE ANY OTHER PURPOSE WHICH IS CHARITABLE.
