THE PROVISION OF SCHOLARSHIP FUNDING TO ENABLE STUDENTS IN FINANCIAL HARDSHIP TO PURSUE THEIR MATHEMATICAL AND SCIENTIFIC EDUCATION AT THESE INSTITUTES.
