TO PROMOTE PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE AND APPRECIATION OF MUSIC PARTICULARLY THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF A COMMUNITY ORCHESTRA WHICH WILL PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR STRUCTURED GROUP LEARNING OF INSTRUMENTAL AND VOCAL PERFORMANCE BY LATE STARTERS AND ENCOURAGE PARTICIPATION BY THEM IN ALL ASPECTS OF MUSIC.
