FOR THE BENEFIT OF NEEDY PERSONS WHO ARE PRESENT PATIENTS OF SOUTH WARWICKSHIRE/GENERAL HOSPITALS OR FORMER IN PATIENTS OF THE WARNEFORD LEAMINGTON SPA AND SOUTH WARWICKSHIRE GENERAL HOSPITAL AND BATHING INSTITUTION AND WHO ARE SICK OR CONVALESCENT IN ALL OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS OR IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT.
