OUR AIM IS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR PEOPLE WITH MENTAL AND PHYSICAL ILLNESS/ DISABILITY AND IMPAIRMENT BY OFFERING A FACILITY THAT OPERATES A HOLISTIC APPROACH TO THERAPY BY HOSTING REGULAR SELF HELP GROUPS, COUNSELLING, NUTRITIONAL ADVICE AND INFORMATION ALONG WITH THE PROMOTION OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AS WELL AS THE PROVISION OF RESOURCES WHERE PEOPLE CAN SEEK SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE AND SUPPORT. THIS WILL BE ACHIEVED IN A SAFE AND FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT WITH STRONG EMPHASIS ON COMMUNITY SUPPORT.
