1. TO ADVANCE RELIGION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PROMOTING BUDDHISM AND THE TEACHINGS OF GREAT TAO.
2. TO PROMOTE THE MENTAL, SPIRITUAL OR MENTAL IMPROVEMENT OF THE COMMUNITY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PROMOTING THE TEACHINGS OF CONFUCIUS.
3. TO PROMOTE RELIGIOUS AND RACIAL HARMONY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY ENHANCING MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING AMONG ALL RACES AND CULTURES IN UNITED KINGDOM.
4. TO RELIEVE THOSE IN NEED BY THE PROVISION OF CHARITABLE, PHYSICAL OR MORAL ASSISTANCE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT.
