THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD MENTAL HEALTH IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN NIGERIA BY:
(A) EDUCATING HEALTH PROFESSIONALS AND PROMOTING GOOD PRACTICE IN PSYCHIATRIC CARE AND TREATMENT;
(B) INCREASING AWARENESS AND UNDERSTANDING OF MENTAL HEALTH CARE AMONGST HEALTH PROFESSIONALS, SERVICE PROVIDERS AND THE PUBLIC.
