TO RELIEVE DISABLED PERSONS IN DORCHESTER AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY PROVIDING RECREATIONAL OR OTHER LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES AND PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF ADVICE AND INFORMATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
