THE ASSOCIATION IS ESTABLISHED FOR THE BENEFIT OF DISABLED AND DISADVANTAGED PEOPLE BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION: IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT ONLY, BY THE PROVISION OF BOATS, AND TRAINING IN THEIR USE, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR SUCH PERSONS
