THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE ARTS, CULTURES AND HERITAGE OF THE YORUBA'S BY THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF AN ANNUAL ARTS FESTIVAL WHICH INCLUDES ACTIVITIES CONCERNED WITH PRESERVING AND MAINTAINING HISTORICAL YORUBA TRADITION AND CULTURE THE ANNUAL FESTIVAL INCLUDES ACTIVITIES CONCERNED WITH PRESERVING AND MAINTAINING HISTORICAL YORUBA TRADITION AND CULTURE THROUGH MUSICAL, VISUAL, LITERARY, DRAMATIC OR ANY OTHER ARTS OF YORUBA ORIGIN THAT ARE OF RECOGNISED CULTURAL, AESTHETIC OR EDUCATIONAL VALUE.
