Activities - how the charity spends its money
PALS is a water fitness group. We run four aqua aerobics sessions per week as well as social events and outings. Our sessions are run by qualified aqua aerobics teachers and fully attended by qualified lifeguard. Members come from as far away as Taunton and Dulverton. If you are in any doubt about your fitness, please consult your GP, but be assured that we do accept GP and hospital referrals.

THE PROMOTION AND PROVISION OF WATER BASED FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, PRIMARILY INTENDED FOR THE INHABITANTS OF SOMERSET BUT THERETO TO MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC AT LARGE WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEX ORIENTATION, RACE OR OF POLITICAL OR OTHER OPINIONS, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
