2. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT OF THE RECORDING, KNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTANDING AND APPRECIATION OF THE HISTORY AND CULTURE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WHISTON AND SURROUNDING AREAS.
