TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN MATTER RELATING TO THE WELFARE OF GREYHOUNDS AND LURCHERS AND THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY AND SUFFERING AMONG SUCH DOGS.
