Charitable objects
4. THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED ARE TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, PRINCIPALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA OF REDCAR AND ITS ENVIRONS (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE "AREA OF BENEFIT") BY ALL OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING MEANS: 4.1 THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION. 4.2 TO PROVIDE FACILITIES AND INSTRUCTION FOR AMATEUR SPORT, RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF PHYSICAL AND SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE. 4.3 THE PROMOTION, ORGANISATION AND FACILITATION OF CO-OPERATION AND PARTNERSHIP WORKING BETWEEN THIRD SECTOR, STATUTORY AND OTHER RELEVANT BODIES IN THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE ABOVE PURPOSES WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
