Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY ARE TO: A) PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF YOUNG PEOPLE RESIDENT WITHIN AMBLE AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS AND THE LOCAL INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO: 1) ADVANCE EDUCATION OF THE SAID RESIDENTS IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF TRAINING AND ADVICE; AND 2) PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THOSE PERSONS. B) ESTABLISH, MANAGE AND MAINTAIN A DROP-IN AND ADVICE CENTRE IN FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE OBJECT
