Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS ARE: TO FURTHER SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN PARTICULAR THE BENEFIT OF THE MALAYALEE COMMUNITY IN THE EAST ANGLIA REGION AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: (A) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION (IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THE EDUCATION OF MALAYALEE CHILDREN IN THE MALAYALAM LANGUAGE); (B) THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH; (C) THE ADVANCEMENT OF CITIZENSHIP OR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BY SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT; (D) THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE ARTS, HERITAGE AND CULTURE BY SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT; (E) THE PROMOTION RACIAL HARMONY, EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY; (H) THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED, BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE; AND (I) THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE SO THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
