EYE supports the development of young adults focusing on enterprise through various types of workshops aimed to provide skills, training and job opportunities. Workshops programs designed around Media, Physical Training/Fitness, I.T, Arts, Business, Engineering, Fashion etc. The charity also engages with other age groups through partnership work with local organisations.

THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") ARE TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH: (A) THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE; (B) PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.'
