Emerging Leaders exists to bring tangible hope to the worlds poorest communities through the very best leadership training. Currently operations exist in Kenya and South Africa with plans in motion to move into West Africa and to expand operations in the UK focusing on NEET (not in education, employment or training) youth.

Charitable objects
THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND ARE RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING: (A) TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PERSONS WHO ARE IN NEED DUE TO AGE, SICKNESS, DISABILITY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP INCLUDING BUT NOT BY WAY OF LIMITATION THOSE INFECTED AND AFFECTED BY HIV/AIDS IN SUB SAHARAN AFRICA AND IN SUCH OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD AND BY SUCH CHARITABLE MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT; (B) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION GENERALLY FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN DISADVANTAGED OR MARGINALISED BY REASON OF THEIR ECONOMIC OR GEOGRAPHIC CIRCUMSTANCES IN SUB SAHARAN AFRICA AND SUCH OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT; (C) TO PROMOTE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC BY THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE IN SOCIALLY AND DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITIES AND THE PROMOTION OF SUSTAINABLE MEANS OF ACHIEVING ECONOMIC GROWTH AND REGENERATION.
