TO SUPPORT PROMOTE AND DEVELOP ARTS AND ARTS PROJECTS INVOLVING AND FOR THE BENEFIT OF COMMUNITY GROUPS IN THE EDEN DISTRICT TO INITIATE TRAINING IN ARTS SKILLS FOR COMMUNITY USE AND TO ADVISE NEW GROUPS WISHING TO DEVELOP THEIR OWN ARTS INITIATIVES TO ENCOURAGE INTEREST IN THE LOCAL CULTURE AND TRADITIONS AND PROVIDE WIDER LEISURE OPPORTUNITIES, IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THE RESIDENTS OF EDEN DISTRICT
