Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES MUST APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN FURTHERING THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS:-
FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC:
TO MAKE GRANTS LOANS DONATIONS OR PAYMENTS TO SUCH CHARITABLE BODIES TRUSTS ORGANISATIONS OR ASSOCIATIONS FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE;
TO UNDERTAKE SUCH OTHER EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE OBJECTS OR PURPOSES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR ANY OTHER PART OF THE WORLD AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SHALL THINK FIT.
