1) TO RELIEVE THOSE PERSONS SUFFERING FROM EMOTIONAL AND MENTAL DISTRESS, IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION FOR SUCH PERSONS, OF PROFESSIONAL COUNSELLING AND PSYCHOTHERAPY. 2) TO OR FOR SUCH PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THAT IS CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE BOARD THINK FIT.
