THE PROVISION OF ASSISTANCE AND ADVICE TO AFGHANS AND PAKISTANIS WHO ARE REFUGEES OR ASYLUM-SEEKERS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM BY SIGNPOSTING OR ASSISTING THEM WITH CONTACTING GOVERNMENT AGENCIES OR SERVICES WHICH WOULD HELP MEETING THEIR NEEDS FOR EMPLYMENT, BENEFITS, EDUCATION, HEALTH AND LEISURE
