1.2 THE OBJECTS ARC TO PROMOTE OR ADVANCE ANY PURPOSE WHICH IS CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC BY THE PAYMENT OR GRANTS, LOANS AND OTHER PAYMENTS TO SUCH CHARITY OR CHARITIES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT. 1.3 THE TRUSTEES MUST USE THE INCOME AND MAY USE THE CAPITAL OF THE CHARITY IN PROMOTING THE OBJECTS BUT NO PART OF THE PROPERTY AND FUNDS OF THE CHARITY MAY BE USED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE EITHER OF THE SETTLORS OR ANY SPOUSE OR CIVIL PARTNER OF EITHER OF THE SETTLORS.
