Charitable objects
FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN THE NORTH OF ENGLAND TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF ANIMALS IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION BY REASON OF SICKNESS, MALTREATMENT, POOR CIRCUMSTANCES OR ILL USAGE AND, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: (1) ARRANGING VETERINARY TREATMENT FOR THEM WHERE NECESSARY. (2) FINDING GOOD AND SUITABLE NEW HOMES FOR ANIMALS IN OUR CARE, OR THAT COME TO OUR ATTENTION. (3) ASSISTING MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC BY MEANS OF INFORMATION, EDUCATION OR IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER THAT PROMOTES APPROPRIATE CARE, PROTECTION AND HUMANE TREATMENT OF ANIMALS.
