THE PROVISION, INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE AND REPLACEMENT OF SUPPLIES AND SERVICES CALCULATED TO PROVIDE IMMEDIATE MEDICAL TREATMENT TO ANY PERSON INJURED IN A ROAD, RIVER, AIRCRAFT, HOME OR FARM ACCIDENT IN THE AREAS ADMINISTERED BY THE COUNCILS OF THE COUNTY BOROUGH AND RURAL DISTRICT OF DARLINGTON AND OF THE PARISH COUNCIL OF CROFT.
