Charitable objects

THE TRUSTEES MUST APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN FURTHERING THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS (THE OBJECTS) FOR THOSE LIVING IN MARGINALISED COMMUNITIES. 1) TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE GOOD HEALTH OF THOSE WHO HAVE OR ARE AT RISK OF HIV/AIDS, THOSE WHO HAVE AN ALCOHOL, SUBSTANCE OR DRUG ADDICTION, THOSE WHO ARE WORKING IN THE COMMERCIAL SEX INDUSTRY, OR THOSE ARE SUFFERING FROM TRAUMA OR WHO ARE IN NEED OF PSYCHOSOCIAL SUPPORT BY INCREASING ACCESS TO PRIMARY HEALTH CARE AND REHABILITATION OR TREATMENT: AND 2) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION IN SUCH HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES AS THE TRUSTEES DEEM FIT.
