Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY (?THE OBJECTS?) ARE: 1. TO PROVIDE OR MAINTAIN OR TO ASSIST THE PROVISION OR MAINTENANCE OF SCHOOLS IN WHICH RELIGIOUS INSTRUCTION SHALL BE GIVEN IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRINCIPLES OF THE ORTHODOX JEWISH FAITH; 2. TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF TWENTY-FIVE YEARS WHO ARE OR HAVE AT ANY TIME BEEN IN ATTENDANCE AT ANY SCHOOL PROVIDED, MAINTAINED OR ASSISTED BY THE CHARITY OR WHO ARE OF THE JEWISH FAITH AND WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE BY ENCOURAGING OR ASSISTING SUCH PERSONS TO STUDY THE HISTORY, CULTURE AND RELIGION OF THE JEWISH PEOPLE AND THE HEBREW LANGUAGE AND LITERATURE OR IN ANY OTHER WAY; 3. TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATIONAL, PHYSICAL AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT OF JEWISH YOUTH; AND 4. TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE. WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE ABOVE IN PARTICULAR TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR THE JEWISH COMMUNITY.
