1. RAISING AWARENESS OF MENS HEALTH ISSUES, PARTICULARLY CANCER ISSUES TO MEN,
2. USE THE BLUE RIBBON AS A "RALLYING BANNER" TO BRING ABOUT AWARENESS,
3. MAKE GRANTS IN SUPPORT OF MALE HEALTH AND CANCER CHARITIES.
