TO PROMOTE THE CONSERVATION, PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURALENVIRONMENT GENERALLY; 4.1.3. TO ALLEVIATE THE EFFECT OF NATURAL DISASTERS BY MAKING GRANTS TO CHARITABLE RELIEF ORGANISATIONS; AND 4.1.4. TO PROMOTE ART BY MAKING GRANTS TO THE NATIONAL TRUST AND SIMILAR CHARITABLE TRUSTS.
