Charitable objects

(1) THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PRESERVATION OF HEALTH, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF MEDICAL TREATMENT. (2) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, IN PARTICULAR IN MEDICAL, NURSING AND ALLIED HEALTHCARE EDUCATION AND TRAINING AND RAISING AWARENESS OF GLOBAL HEALTH ISSUES AND OPPORTUNITIES. THESE OBJECTS SHALL BE UNDERTAKEN FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, FOR THE BENEFIT OF PEOPLE IN KENYA AND OTHER PARTS OF AFRICA.'
