TO PAY OR APPLY THE WHOLE OR ANY PART OF THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME TO SUCH ONE OR MORE CHARITIES OR TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH CHARITIBLE PURPOSES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR ELSEWHERE IN THE WORLD AND IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AND IN SUCH MANNER AND SUBJECT TO SUCH TERMS AS THE TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME MAY DIRECT.
