CONTRIBUTING MEMBERS OF THEIR COMMUNITIES AND PART OF A WIDE NETWORK OF
FRIENDS, NEIGHBOURS AND FAMILY. THE SUPPORT WILL EXTEND TO THEIR FAMILIES,
FRIENDS AND LOCAL COMMUNITY TO ALSO MEET THEIR NEEDS SO THEY ARE ENABLED TO
LEAD FULL LIVES.
