Charitable objects

THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE TO ADVANCE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT: 5.1 THE PREVENTION OF RELIEF OF POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD BY FUNDING THE PROVISION (TO THOSE IN NEED) OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, HEALTHCARE PROJECTS AND ALL THE NECESSARY SUPPORT DESIGNED TO ENABLE UNEMPLOYED INDIVIDUALS TO EARN THEIR OWN LIVING, PROVIDED THAT THE CHARITY SHALL NOT AT ANY TIME GIVE PERMANENT SUPPORT TO ANY PRIVATE BUSINESS; AND 5.2 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF BOTH CHILDREN AND ADULTS AT THE DHAKA PROJECT, BANGLADESH AND AT SUCH OTHER LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD AS THE TRUSTEES MAY AT THEIR DISCRETION DETERMINE, BY FUNDING THE PROVISION OF COURSES, FACILITIES AND SUCH OTHER EDUCATIONAL NEEDS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IDENTIFY PROVIDED THAT THE CHARITY'S ASSISTANCE SHALL BE IN ADDITION TO AND NOT IN SUBSTITUTION FOR GOVERNMENT OR OTHER PUBLIC EXPENDITURE.
